Centro (“us”, “we”, or “our”) a product of Clean Ventures Inc. operates the https://www.adsoncentro.com/ website and the Centro mobile application suite (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) 

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

  • Information about how you interact with the Mobile Application and any of our websites to which the Mobile Application links, such as how many times you use a specific part of the mobile application over a given time period, the amount of time you spend using the Mobile Application, how often you use the Mobile Application, actions you take in the Mobile Application and how you engage with the Mobile Application.
  • Information to allow us to personalize the services and content available through the Mobile Application.

We may use information automatically collected by the Mobile Application (including the Mobile Device Information) in the following ways:

  • To operate and improve our Mobile Applications, other Services, our company’s services, and tools.
  • To create aggregated and anonymized information to determine which Mobile Application features are most popular and useful to users and for other statistical analyses.
  • To prevent, discover and investigate violations of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms of service or terms of use for the Mobile Application, and to investigate fraud or other matters
  • To customize the content or services on the Mobile Application for you, or the communications sent to you through the Mobile Application.

8. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside St. Lucia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to St. Lucia and process it there.

Centro will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

9. Delete your Account

If you no longer wish to use our Services, you or your administrator may be able to delete your Services account. To request to have your account deleted, that setting is available in Settings > My Account, ypu will be redirected to contact our Support team. Please be aware that deleting your account does not delete your information; your information remains visible to other Service users based on your past participation within the Services. 10. Delete your Information

To request to have your information deleted please email us at support@adsoncentro.com, our Services give you the ability to request certain information about you deleted from within the Service. For example, you can remove content that contains information about you and you can remove certain profile information within your profile settings. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.

11. Disclosure of Data
Business Transaction

If Centro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Under certain circumstances, Centro may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

18. Behavioral Remarketing

Centro uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visit our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
